These Terms govern your use of reten ("reten", "we", "us"), a customer-retention analytics service available at reten.in. By creating an account or using reten, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
reten helps businesses understand and improve customer retention — connecting or uploading your sales/customer data to see who is lapsing, and using tools to follow up. Features and plans may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
You retain ownership of the data you put into reten. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload your customer data and to contact those customers through reten, and that you will comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws when doing so.
Paid plans and add-ons are billed as described at checkout (via Razorpay). Fees are in INR unless stated. You can change or cancel your plan; unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Usage-based charges (e.g. messaging) are billed as incurred.
reten integrates with third parties you choose to connect (e.g. your POS, WhatsApp/SMS, payments). Your use of those is subject to their terms; we're not responsible for third-party services.
We work to keep reten reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Insights and metrics are provided to assist your decisions, not as guarantees of outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, reten is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using reten and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
