How you get Reten
Reten is a software subscription delivered online at app.reten.in.
Your plan starts as soon as your payment succeeds. If you pay directly by UPI, it starts once we have confirmed the payment.
Shipping
We don’t ship anything physical, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery times.
Exchanges
As nothing physical is sold, there are no exchanges.
Plan changes (moving up or down a plan) take effect as shown on the Plan screen in Business settings › Plan.
